One wash a day, fair use.
Unlimited means unlimited, with one sensible limit: one wash per day, on the vehicle registered to your membership. It keeps the queue moving for everybody. We are not looking to catch anyone out, and if something unusual comes up, just ask.
Before you join.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You cancel yourself, and you stay covered until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes, with one sensible limit: one wash per day. It is there so the queue keeps moving, not to catch anyone out.
Does it cover more than one car?
No. A membership covers one vehicle, and it is tied to that registration for the month you have paid for. If you change car, the membership moves to the new registration from your next month, not part way through.
Do I need to book?
Never. Drive into the wash bay any day between 8am and 6pm and give the staff your registration.
What if my card fails?
Your membership goes on hold until it clears, so you would pay the normal price for a wash in the meantime. We email you a link to update your card, and your cover restarts the moment the payment goes through.
Does the price go up?
Not without telling you first. If the price ever changes you get advance notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
